Your Role: Case Manager (Adoptions Promotion and Support Services)

You'll be the heartbeat of our APSS program, guiding families through the adoption journey with compassion, clarity, and commitment. From developing individualized service plans to co-facilitating support groups and building curriculum for parent education, you'll be the steady hand helping children find their forever homes.

Pay: $24/hourly

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family counseling, or related field
• 2 years of experience in counseling and adoption
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current registration and insurance
• Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
• Bilingual Spanish Required

Your Superpowers Include:

• Deep belief that every child is adoptable and deserves permanency
• Ability to write clear, concise reports and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work two evenings per week and one Saturday per month
• Comfort working in the field and adapting to family schedules
• Experience developing and/or facilitating youth and adult support groups (preferred)
• Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
