Your Role: WRAP Clinical Supervisor

Pay: $88,000/annually

Geographical Stipend: $3,000

Intensive Program Stipend: $3,000

Bilingual Spanish Stipend: $5,000

Your Toolkit Should Include:

  • Current licensure in California as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist
  • Experience in Wraparound and/or FSP (preferred but not required)
  • Deep knowledge of DMH standards, Medi-Cal documentation, and case-rate service models
  • Leadership skills that uplift, challenge, and inspire
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care

Your Superpowers Include:

  • Providing clinical and administrative supervision that keeps teams aligned, supported, and thriving
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery across engagement, planning, implementation, and transition phases
  • Guiding staff to maintain fidelity to Wraparound values and medical necessity
  • Monitoring productivity, quality of care, case-rate utilization, and DMH compliance
  • Overseeing service documentation - and yes, you know the magic of a well-written progress note
  • Leading or supporting Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings with collaboration at the center
  • Developing and maintaining a 24-hour on-call rotation
  • Coordinating with schools, DCFS, DMH, probation, and other partners to ensure holistic care
  • Hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring an 8-10-person Wraparound team
  • Representing the program in interagency, DMH, and organizational meetings
  • Reviewing caseloads to maintain appropriate service intensity and balance
