Your Role: Community Outreach & Engagement Specialist

Pay: $24.00/hourly

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field (or equivalent experience in outreach/community engagement)
• Two years' experience in sales, marketing, or social services preferred
• Computer literacy (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Familiarity with L.A. County and its diverse communities
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for community events

Your Superpowers Include:

• Building bridges between families, communities, and behavioral health programs
• Presenting and promoting All For Kids services with passion and purpose
• Developing marketing materials and tracking outreach results
• Participating in community events, health fairs, and school partnerships
• Gathering resources and creating reports that tell our impact story
• Providing outreach and aftercare for families transitioning from services
• Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and heart in everything you do
