Your Role:

Pay:

• Unlicensed Therapist: $70,000 annually
• Licensed Therapist: $76,000 annually
• Bilingual Spanish Differential: $5,000 annually
• Geographic Differential: $3,000 annually

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or child development
• Licensure as AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist in good standing with the California BBS or Psychology Board
• Two (2) years of direct service experience with emotionally disturbed children (internship/practicum counts!)
• Valid California driver's license
• Must be vaccinated for COVID-19 and have received the booster

Your Superpowers Include:

• Facilitating trauma-informed, strengths-based therapy in both group and individual settings
• Creating and maintaining a structured, therapeutic milieu that supports emotional regulation and pro-social skills
• Collaborating with families, schools, and interagency teams to align treatment goals and promote continuity of care
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety plans with compassion and precision
• Coaching and mentoring non-clinical staff and interns in trauma-informed best practices
