Your Role: Family Support Advocate

Pay: $25.00/hourly

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field OR 3 years of experience supporting families in crisis
• Deep knowledge of community resources and public/private social services
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• A trauma-informed, strength-based approach to care
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data systems like VistaShare and Welligent

Your Superpowers Include:

• Turning crisis into connection and chaos into calm
• Leading life skills workshops, FRC events, and special projects
• Coordinating with County social workers and service providers to prevent child abuse and family separation
• Administering assessments and tracking outcomes with precision
• Championing DEI and resilience-oriented care in every interaction
