Your Role:
Pay: $25/hourly
Your Toolkit Should Include:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field OR 3 years of direct service experience with target populations
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese (based on community needs)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and data systems like DRTS, FaCT, and Welligent
- Strong knowledge of public and private social service systems
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Your Superpowers Include:
- Turning family stress into strength through trauma-informed, resilience-oriented care
- Coordinating services and presenting cases at MDT meetings
- Administering assessments and entering data with precision
- Maintaining audit-ready records and documentation
- Building trust across diverse cultures, backgrounds, and income levels
