Your Role: IFCCS Therapist

Pay: $72,500/annually - $82,500/annually 

• Licensed Therapist: $78,500/annually - $82,500/annually 
• Unlicensed Therapist: $72,500/annually - $77,500/annually 
• Bilingual in Spanish Stipend: $5,000
• Geographical Stipend: $3,000

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Counseling, or related field
• Active registration as AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist with BBS or Board of Psychology
• Minimum 2 years experience with SED youth (internship counts!)
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and community resources

Your Superpowers Include:

• Delivering field-based therapy (home, school, community) to children and families
• Building trust and protective capacity with families while promoting cultural competence
• Managing a caseload of 10-12 clients and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
• Responding to crises with calm and confidence-because you're always ready
• Completing documentation like a pro (DMH, Medi-Cal, EPSDT standards)
• Speaking English & Spanish fluently-because connection matters
