Your Role: Lead Community Resource Specialist

Pay: $27/hourly

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Public Health, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in community outreach
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Familiarity with local resources and referral platforms (211, Unite Us, One Degree)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment
