Your Role: Preschool Teacher

Pay: $24.00/hourly

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Associate Teacher Permit (or ability to obtain within 5 months of hire)
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units including core courses
• 1-3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood settings
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• CPR & First Aid certification and 15 hours of preventive health training
• Familiarity with ASQ-SE, DRDP-Tech, ECERS, and Creative Curriculum
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and engage physically with children
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft 360, Teams, and Zoom

Your Superpowers Include:

• Creating magical moments of learning and laughter
• Designing lesson plans that spark imagination and growth
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Supporting school readiness through play, structure, and compassion
• Documenting developmental milestones with care and accuracy
• Collaborating with Lead and Assistant Teachers to input data and drive outcomes
