The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services offered by the Community Family Resource Center. This role ensures that programming aligns with the organization's mission to support and strengthen families through accessible community-based resources and services. The Program Manager oversees program staff, coordinates with community partners, and ensures compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate family-centered programs and services.
- Supervise program staff providing leadership, training, and support.
- Work with staff to ensure that workgroup members and other stakeholders are engaged, supported, and held accountable for their action commitments to advance our agenda
- Work with public and private partners to align their work to implement the common agenda
- Engage leaders from the public, private, and nonprofit sector in support of the agenda
- Hire and manage staff with clear expectations and support to advance our common agenda, network engagement, and performance measures
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, adaptive, and result-based culture to support effective collective impact
Organizational Responsibilities
- Ensure that Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Trauma Informed Resilience Oriented Community (TIROC) practices are infused throughout the programing.
- Ensure that the program(s) have accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) project goals, Critical Goals and Impact Goals that meet the mission and vision of All For Kids.
- Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the organization to ensure that the department services and activities can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the clients we serve.
- Review department policies, procedures, manuals, job descriptions, etc., at least annually, and participate in making recommended changes and ensure that program is always compliant with Council of Accreditation (COA) standards.
- Maintain CONFIDENTIALITY of all pertinent to client care information to ensure clients' rights are protected.
- Represent the organization as an ambassador and experts in the field with external stakeholders, partnering agencies, and governmental entities.
- Develop a culture within the program of learning and embed the Continuous Quality Improvement within all areas of the work

- Maintains confidentiality in matters of personnel, and clients.
- Maintains positive communications with all agency staff, clients and visitors.
- Exercises good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities
- Supports existing agency policies, principles and mission.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Passionate champion for Los Angeles and its communities.
- Outstanding oral and written communicator who inspires and engages commitment among diverse stakeholders, leaders, and the public
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
- Minimum 3 years working with community members in program management, community organizing, and/or advocacy capacity
- Basic understanding of systems changes, community change, or community advocacy and a willingness to learn.
