All For Kids proudly is committed and supportive of complete pay transparency. The position of Program Manager – Padres Poderosos will pay $70,000/annually.
Additionally, the lifespan compensation range of this position is: $70,000/annually -$80,000/annually.

Learn more about the Job:
The Program Manager is responsible for overall implementation and supervision of the Padres Poderosos SPA 6, SPA 3 and SPA 1 program and other programs as assigned. The position is responsible for elevating and building leadership of staff and ensuring continues learning. Responsible for the overall quality of program services and maintaining statistics on program services as required by funders and organizational CQI process.
The position is responsible for budget oversight and networking with partners. Position will have oversight of program budgets, evaluation plan, ensuring to integrate ABIDE and Trauma informed initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Assigned Program Management
- Provides direct supervision to assigned staff, oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, and ensuring adherence to program standards.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support program staff, facilitators and caregivers.
- Develop regular Padres Poderosos workshops and coaching modules that promote self-advocacy and leadership development in order to improve access to early-start RC services. Workshops will promote understanding of children's rights, supportive decision-making, peer support and how to address implicit bias. Individualized, peer-led, 1:1 coaching will support caregivers in navigating diagnoses, accessing and advocating for services, making informed decisions when choosing early learning programs, and more.
- Monitor program activities and outcomes to ensure compliance with program requirements and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders, agencies, and funders to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability.
- Implement data-driven approaches to assess program effectiveness and impact, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Attend community meetings, fairs/vendor events and similar events to advertise the program.
- Provide support to Facilitators in developing, preparing and teaching workshops to clients.
- Attend professional development and/or trainings relevant to increasing knowledge, skills and attitude required to deliver program effectively and with fidelity
Program and Office Management
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure smooth program operations.
- Oversee program reporting and documentation, including grant reporting, client records, and programmatic data collection.
- Provides individual supervision to program facilitators and other program staff.
- Keeps immediate supervisor informed regarding status of program.
- Maintains confidentiality in matters of agency operations, personnel, and clients.
- Supports existing agency policies, principles, and mission.
- Coordinate ongoing staff development and training meetings.
- Working hours include some evening and weekends.
General
- Maintains positive communications with all agency staff, clients, and visitors.
- Exercises good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities.
- Supports existing agency policies, principals, and mission.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related fields and at least 3–5 years of experience working with Hispanic/Latino communities.
- Previous experience with developmental disabilities or working within Regional Center (RC) systems.
- Demonstrated experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Bilingual- English/Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership skills to guide teams and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with families and community partners.
- Capacity to mediate, resolve conflicts, and advocate for families.
- Strong commitment to working with families in crisis or navigating challenges.
- Compassionate and respectful approach to building trust with families.
