Bilingual Stipend: $5,000
Geographical Stipend: $3,000
Lifespan Compensation: $21/hour - $24.19/hour

IFCCS is an integrated, intensive, community-based program, grounded in a philosophy of unconditional commitment to partner with clients and families to strengthen and empower relationships by fostering hope, wellness, and resiliency. The most important outcome of the IFCCS program is to promote the safety, permanence and well-being of children and Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) involved with the Child Welfare System. A multi-disciplinary treatment team provides an array of services firmly grounded in the Shared Core Practice Model. Services are intended to expedite access to ICC and IHBS.
Under the direct supervision and leadership of the Program Supervisor the IFCCS Rehab Specialist is a direct service provider who, along with the IFCCS Care Coordinator and Therapist, is a member of the IFCCS team. Participates as member of the Child and Family Team and takes part in developing and implementing the Mental Health Client Treatment Plan (CTP) and the IFCCS Matrix. The IFCCS Rehabilitation Specialist provides direct services and supports to children and their families in a variety of settings. The IFCCS Rehabilitation Specialist is expected to deliver intensive home-based services that are individualized, and strength-based mental health interventions that are designed to ameliorate the mental health condition(s) that interfere with the child’s functioning.
