Your Role: Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations Wanted
Pay: $160,000/annually
Your Toolkit Should Include:
- 8-10 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience with a strong track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts
- Strategic vision for institutional giving - and the ability to turn that vision into results
- Expertise in corporate and foundation fundraising, proposal development, and grant strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage senior executives, program leaders, and community stakeholders
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
- Mastery of grant management best practices
- Expert project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Raiser's Edge
- A deep passion for advancing the mission and impact of All For Kids

- Data-Driven Confidence: You track performance metrics, revenue targets, and compliance with precision and integrity.
- Mentorship: You guide and grow a talented grant writer, fostering excellence and accountability.
