Your Role: Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations Wanted

Pay: $160,000/annually

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• 8-10 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience with a strong track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts
• Strategic vision for institutional giving - and the ability to turn that vision into results
• Expertise in corporate and foundation fundraising, proposal development, and grant strategy
• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage senior executives, program leaders, and community stakeholders
• Experience managing and mentoring team members
• Mastery of grant management best practices
• Expert project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Raiser's Edge
• A deep passion for advancing the mission and impact of All For Kids

• Cross-Team Collaboration: You partner with program, finance, marketing, and executive teams to create seamless, successful funding initiatives.
• Data-Driven Confidence: You track performance metrics, revenue targets, and compliance with precision and integrity.
• Mentorship: You guide and grow a talented grant writer, fostering excellence and accountability.
