Your Role: Wraparound Parent Partner

Pay: $19.24/hour

Bilingual Spanish Stipend: $5,000

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid California driver's license
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Understanding of community resources and systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• Strong communication skills and proactive, team-oriented mindset

Your Superpowers Include:

• Provide direct support to families and children in the Wraparound program.
• Use your lived experience to help families navigate systems like Child Welfare, Probation, and Mental Health.
• Ensure parent voices, culture, and choices are heard and respected in Child and Family Team meetings.
• Model advocacy, communication, and resilience for families.
• Teach parenting, communication, and advocacy skills to caregivers.
• Link families to community resources and provide crisis support when needed.
• Build trust and foster engagement through home and community visits.
