Your Role: Wraparound Program Coordinator

Pay: $79,000/annually

Geographical Stipend: $3,000/annually

Bilingual Stipend: $5,000/annually

Intensive Stipend: $3,000/annually

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Psychology
• Licensure in CA (MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist) - active status
• 1-3 years direct service experience with children, adolescents, and families
• Supervisory or administrative experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel in the field

Your Superpowers Include:

• Inspiring and guiding non-clinical staff (Parent Partners, Facilitators, Child & Family Specialists)
• Keeping Wraparound services running smoothly and with fidelity
• Coaching, onboarding, and training with creativity and care
• Strong communication skills and tech-savvy (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Exym)
• A proactive, upbeat personality and a passion for teamwork
