Your Role: Youth Engagement Coordinator

Pay: $29.00/hourly

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 1-5 years of experience working with youth and families in community, education, or recreation settings
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Knowledge of local social services and community resources
• Commitment to Trauma-Informed, Resilience-Oriented Care (TIROC) and DEI principles
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

• Recruiting and mentoring youth, volunteers, and interns
• Planning and facilitating engaging workshops and internships
• Building trust with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Keeping programs organized, documented, and impactful
