Clinical Supervisor - Wanted: Superheroes Without Capes!
The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in shaping the delivery of specialized early childhood mental health services for children ages 3–6 and their families through All For Kids' Day Treatment Intensive (DTI) program.
This position provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to a multidisciplinary team while fostering a structured, trauma-informed therapeutic milieu that promotes positive outcomes for children and caregivers.

Your Role: Clinical Supervisor
Location: Sunrise Center - Lancaster
*** Sign-on Bonus: $5,000! ***
Pay: $90,000 - $92,000 (depending on experience as well as eligible stipends)
- Bilingual Stipend: $5,000/annually
- Intensive Stipend: $3,000/annually
- Geographic Differential: $3000/annually
Your Toolkit Should Include:
- Licensed (or license-eligible/waivered) mental health professional — LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist
- 3+ years of direct service experience with children in behavioral health, day treatment, or related settings
- 1+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong grounding in trauma-informed care, crisis response, and child/family systems
- Working knowledge of Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services and Title 9 regulations
- Two years post-licensure, with ability to supervise associates per BBS regulations
- Valid California Driver's License

- Reviewing treatment plans monthly to ensure interventions, progress, and outcomes stay on track
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and supervising DTI staff — building future leaders along the way
- Coaching and training staff on behavioral interventions, crisis response, and therapeutic best practices
- Coordinating care with schools, referral agencies, community providers, and county partners
- Ensuring compliance with Title 9, Medi-Cal Specialty Mental Health Services, and LA County DMH standards
- Managing program operations — staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and census — to keep services running smoothly
