Your Role: Clinical Supervisor "Floater"
Location: Magnolia Place
Pay: $92,000/Annually
- Bilingual Stipend: $5,000
Your Toolbox Includes:
- Master's in Social Work, MFT, or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist in good standing with BBS, minimum two years post-licensure, and qualified to supervise clinical staff per BBS regulations.
- 2-4 years direct service experience with children and families in social services or mental health, plus 1+ years in a management/supervisory role.
- Strong writing and documentation skills; must meet DMH and program standards.
- LA County service delivery experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish may be required.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
Your Superpowers Should Include:
- Supervising assigned staff: hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
- Providing clinical and case supervision - risk assessment, safety planning, EBP fidelity, crisis management - and reviewing staff documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) for compliance.
- Overseeing program operations: budget, staffing, funding allocation, outcomes reporting, and productivity standards.
- Ensuring timely, accurate documentation and compliance with DMH/CB policies; participating in chart audits and supporting QA.
- Maintaining relationships with county staff, schools, and community partners; representing the program at outreach events.
- Handling case dispositions, client grievances, and after-hours crisis support.
- Supporting staff development, EBP training/certification, and onboarding of new hires.
- Carrying a limited therapy caseload as needed.
- Keeping leadership informed of program progress and issues.
- Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment; supporting agency policies and mission.
