Your Role: WRAP Facilitator

Pay: $21.16/hour

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field (Master's a plus!)
• 3 years of direct service experience with emotionally disturbed clients (internship/practicum counts!)
• Valid California driver's license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Your Superpowers Include:

• Leading Child & Family Team meetings that spark collaboration
• Developing individualized care plans that turn goals into reality
• Coordinating resources and interventions to strengthen families
• Crisis planning and support when families need you most
• Building bridges between clients, families, and community partners
