Your Role: WRAP Therapist

Pay:

• Unlicensed: $70,000 - $75,000
• Licensed: $76,000 - $81,000

Plus Stipends & Bonuses:

• Bilingual Spanish: $5,000
• Intensive Program: $3,000
• Geographical: $3,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
• Bi-weekly & semi-annual bonuses for clinical excellence

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or child development
• Active California license (AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist)
• 2 years of direct service experience with emotionally disturbed youth
• 1 year of case management experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Trauma-informed, strength-based approach to care
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and outcome tracking

Your Superpowers Include:

• Turning crisis into clarity and care
• Leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Coordinating with schools, social workers, and community supports
• Developing and revising care plans that reflect real progress
• Championing DEI and resilience in every interaction
• Maintaining 65% billable service delivery (26 hrs/week)
