All For Kids proudly is committed and supportive of complete pay transparency. The position of FSP Therapist will pay $66,560 for unlicensed Therapists and $72,560 for licensed Therapists.
**$2,000 Sign-on Bonus**
Differentials that apply:
Bilingual Spanish Speaking Differential: $5000 annually
Intensive Program Differential: $3000 annually
Additionally, the lifespan compensation range of this position is:
Unlicensed Therapist: $66,560- $74,560
Licensed Therapist: $72,560- $80,560
Must have Covid-19 vaccine and booster.

The Therapist as the Coordinator of Care oversees the client’s treatment during their participation in the program. Therapist takes the lead in facilitating treatment services to the client and their family. Therapist performs the intake, completes a thorough assessment of case, develops a Client Treatment Plan (CTP), and provides individual and family therapy based on therapeutic goals. Therapist also coordinates adjunct services, both internal and in the community, to compliment therapy for overall development of client and family. Therapist monitors progress toward all goals and makes adjustment to services and goals as needed. Therapist collaborates with treatment team to determine termination of services and discharge plan. Therapist participates in Outreach & Engagement (O&E), as well as 24/7 crisis on-call rotation.
